Forms, with rosters AND money must
be remitted in order to be considered for entry. You must first
complete the registration form below. Once you have submitted your
registration information, you must either print out the confirmation
form to submit with your payment, or you can pay your registration fees
online and your registration will be considered paid once the fees are
process on your credit card.
NOTE: When registering for the regional
tournaments, please register in the division that you will want to play at
Nationals.
