IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT
TAKING REFEREE / SCOREKEEPER TEST:
After you take your test, ONLY hit the submit button once!! ONLY take the
TEST ONCE! Every time you hit the submit button, the test is
re-submitted, which can result from you being restricted for future use!
Your results will be emailed to you and to our officials Chair. The email
will say to correct to 100%. If you pass by (70% for juniors,
80% for adults/coaches) then you do not
need to correct any wrong answers.
If you did NOT pass by minimum scores, correct the wrong answers on the
email and send to

1) Before you
begin the online clinic, you will need to download and print these forms:
CLINIC
2) View the online Power Point clinic
- You will need Microsoft 2003 or higher Power Point
or viewer. This will take an hour or more. You are encouraged to takes
notes.
If you
DO NOT
have Microsoft Power Point on your computer, you will need to
download the viewer above.
Requires Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 or newer. A free viewer is available from
Microsoft.
IF you
DO
HAVE MS Power Point,
Click here , you
will see a window pop up "file download" - click on "OPEN". This may take
a few minutes to open based on your internet speed connection.
TEST
3) Once you have completed the clinic and
are ready to take the online test, read
below.
NOTE: Unless otherwise told to do so by your Regional Chairperson,
please do NOT
take the on-line test more than once. We track who has taken the test
and multiple tries without explicit permission will constitute a failure.

4) A third party administers the test. You will need to take a
system test before proceeding. Note to test your system before starting.
5) You will need to know our Palmetto Region Password:
PMY923S (the ref test pw is PMT923)
6) You will be asked to enter name, address, etc, but you need to know
your Region is:
Palmetto-Amber Glass-SC
7) Club or Team
Name: Juniors: Must type in
your CLUB NAME, not team name. Adults: Type
in your team name.
8) On the test, it will ask you scorekeeping status. (National,
Jr. Nat, Regional, Provisional, etc) We want you to answer the status you
are applying for. Either Provisional or Regional. If new or first year, it
will be Provisional. If you had a clinic and test last year, indicate Regional.
