VOLLEYBALL DRILLS ARCHIVE

Welcome back to the Volleyball Drills Archive!  After a four year sabbatical we are back to bring you drills, drills and more drills.  I apologize if you tried to contact me via the old site, when I got a new job the site just kind of got left out there with no one watching over it.  For some reason the email forward did not take.

This site is following some of the same principles.  Simple design, just drills and volleyball information located in the article menu.

I am positive that there are several mistakes throughout the web site.  If you find any please feel free to let me know.  If you do not like any drills, then do not use them.  Constructive criticism is appreciated.

If you have any questions, or would like to submit a drill for posting on the Archive please email me at:
vballdrillsarchive@yahoo.com .  Any suggestions that you may have to improve the site are welcomed and appreciated.

If you would like to be added to a mailing list letting you know when the site has been updated email me at:
vballdrillsarchive@yahoo.com and I will email you when any changes have been made.

Please enjoy the 381 Drills currently on the site.

The Palmetto Region website has been undergoing a change in it's site design since the beginning of October.  We wanted to bring you up-to-date information and in a format that allows you to find items on the website easier by using drop-down menus and a standard look-n-feel as you move through the pages.  Now - we want to hear from you!  Send us an email letting us know what you think, make suggestions and tell us what you like/or do not like on the website.  Site changes will continue throughout October as we prepare for the upcoming USAV season.
