PARENTS/COACHES:
Palmetto Region has a NO-TOLERANCE policy on screaming, yelling, or making any
derogatory remarks to ANY official ( Up ref, down ref, or line judges). Keep in
mind.. they are human.. and most of the time they are kids. Penalty is immediate
dismissal from gym, no warning. Region teams may face sanction to participate in
future tournaments.
Officials/ Players (NEW FOR 2008):
Palmetto Region requires that while on officiating duty, no one is to have in
possession a cell phone, I-pod or song listening device, or food. This includes
R1 Up Ref, R2 Down Ref, Line Judges and especially, scorekeepers. First offense
will be a warning, 2nd offense will be loss of official certification, 3rd may
include sanction from tournament play.
All region tournaments will begin at 8:30am, unless otherwise posted. Gyms open at 8am, All teams must report to captains meeting at 8:15 in the event of schedule change.

DIRECTIONS:
From Augusta: Take I-20 to the Bush River Road exit (Exit #63). Make a right and then go approximately 1.5 miles to the end. The middle school is on your right just before you get to Broad River Road. The school sits way back off of the road, but there is a school sign at the entrance. Park in front of the school and walk straight ahead to the gym.
From
Charleston: Take I-26 to the Bush River Road
exit (#108). Make a right and then follow it to the end. The middle school is

From Charlotte: Take I-77 to I-20
West toward August and get off at the Broad River Road exit (Exit #65).
Make a left and then follow it to Bush River Road. Make a right
onto Bush River Road and the school is immediately on your left. Park in front of the school and walk
straight ahead to the gym.
From Greenville: Take I-26 to the Bush River Road exit (#108). Make a left and then follow it to the end. The middle school is on your right just before you get to Broad River Road.
