Enter your 11-digit team code below and then press the "Submit Query" button to display those tournaments that the team is signed up to play in.  The page initially comes up displaying ALL teams with their team code registered to date.  To filter down this list, you would enter either the partial team code (i.e., FJ11) or the full 11-digit code to view that information.

Note:  The page originally pulls up all team registrations and their team code.  If you want to just see your team information, you can enter the team code below (or copy it from this page) and press the SUBMIT QUERY button again and it will filter down to just your team information.

Accepted or Wait List?

We are attempting to notify all early if you have a spot or on a wait list. You need to click on detailed info (rgt side) below to find out. We are trying to post these for tournaments 45-60 days out. Teams are placed on wait based on (1) Last to pay (or not paid) (2) Last to enter. When you perform a search under gym column, To determine your status.

Waiting List or Accepted - look in gym column
Gym Name or Accepted=  Means you are accepted and confirmed in the tournament.
Wait or Pending Pmt= , Wait will tell you what number you are in line, unless unpaid, then you are at end of line until pmt is received. If it shows pending pmt, this means we still have spots, but if someone pays before you, they move into those open spots.
Time breaker for Wait:  If we have multiple teams waiting for spots and paid on same day, then the tie breaker will be the time of entry on database.
Pending = Tournament has not been reviewed for spots available.

IMPORTANT- Gym assignments on search database may change from shown on this search- The tournament excel excel format file is considered the MASTER.
