2007/08 Officials Rule Book
Important USAV Rule Change regarding uniform number placement. It is
recommended that the number be placed on the jersey at the center of the front
and the back. Effective Nov. 1, 2006, the center location will be required.
Front numbers may be 4"- change from last years recommendation.
