Overall goal for Palmetto
Region is to enhance and improve our officiating skills of our adult players,
coaches, and junior players via improved tracking, rating, and supervision of
all officials.
Region
Rule Change- Starting this season Libero’s will be
allowed to serve in the Palmetto Region. They are
allowed to serve in only one rotation position. Be
advised that if you compete in tournaments outside the
Palmetto Region that they may not have this rule in
place. Teams should ask if this
rule is in place in that region before competing. Do not
assume. It could get you disqualified.
The new clinic, with test are designed to
be taken by individual members. Groups must be pre-approved by
region prior to taking and entering answers/info. Email Larry
with details on how you plan to administer the clinic.
