Simple as A - B - C

For ADULT AND JUNIOR MEMBERS:  1) Sign up for our region newsletter so you can be kept informed on upcoming events / Tournament info, etc throughout the season.  Type in the email addresses that you desire the newsletter sent to. Join Our Newsletter Email:   REMITTANCE: Renewal or New Members ADULTS:  Register and remit your money to the region. Pay PVA - 811 Laurel Bluff * Sptbg, sc 29031 or pay fee via paypal. JUNIORS:  READ FIRST ! Register and remit your form and money to your club prior to tryouts. * Input your school name in the field that says : "Preferred Name". * Also provide your parents email address. * Make sure you choose a club on the 2nd page. If unsure or trying our for multiple clubs- choose UNDECIDED, you can later re-enter your record and change.  If you are trying out for multiple clubs, you must notify all involved clubs, in addition to registering with USAV, you must complete the form at bottom of this page. Failure to do so will result in player being sanctioned from participation in 1st region tournament.

The following members have fee's due and are not allowed to register to participate with any club or team until these fees are paid and cleared by the club and/or region. First Time New USAV Members    For New Adult or Junior Members

Renewing Palmetto Region Members  Make sure you choose a club- adult players choose "all adult players"

(2nd) email the region with full members name and Date of Birth. if you have a problem, we prefer a screen shot ( press print screen button, paste in text of email) of the error sent to us.

2A) Juniors- Trying out for multiple clubs- Go here and complete form AND sign up with USAV. Notify all clubs of intent. Notify region once you decide. Failure to do these will result in sanction. Choose Undecided as club- you may re-enter you record later and change to the club you choose.

ADULT PLAYER MEMBER REGISTRATION:

1) Register above, Choose "all adult players" as club.  Remit your form and money to region office BEFORE you play. IF within 48 hrs of match play, must email confirmation page and pay fee via paypal. If mailing, mail to: Palmetto Region * 811 Laurel Bluff * Spartanburg, SC 29301

INSTRUCTIONS

If you have problems with registration, read all instructions carefully BEFORE contacting the region. If after you have read instructions and still have problems:

(1st) email the region.  We need applicants full name and Date of Birth, with an explanation of the problem you are having.  We prefer a screen shot ( press print screen button, paste in text of email) of the error sent to us.

(2nd) If you don't get a reply within 24 hrs, call region office ONLY between business hours of 10am and 4pm MONDAY-FRIDAY 864-576-3700. If after business hours, use email only. (note: if it is the weekend- you may not get a reply until Monday- please don't wait until last minute to register).

• NEW ADULT PLAYER NOT ASSOCIATED WITH A JUNIOR CLUB  (eg: Player)

• NEW ADULT OR PLAYER ASSOCIATED WITH A JUNIOR CLUB   (eg: Coach)

• NEW JUNIOR PLAYER

• RENEWING ADULT PLAYER

• RENEWING ADULT OR PLAYER ASSOCIATED WITH A JUNIOR CLUB (eg: Coach)

• RENEWING JUNIOR PLAYER

Junior Players who plan to tryout with multiple clubs.

3) Required this season: if you are trying out for more than one club, you are REQUIRED to also sign up here.  Where it ask for club, choose "multiple club tryouts" Once you have decided, you can go email the region which club you choose.

ADULT MEMBER REGISTRATION:

JUNIORS who are trying out for multiple clubs, must complete this info AND register for USAV (above). When it ask for what club you are signing up for, choose "multiple clubs". Once you decide which club you are playing for, email and notify region.

FAILURE to notify the region AND THE CLUBS will result in a sanction on player. They will not be able to participate in first region tournament her team attends.
