Instructional Videos
You can now view instructional videos for several areas of volleyball right
from your computer. To view these videos, you will need to have Abobe
Flash Player installed on your machine. Your machine must have latest flash
player in order to view. There are some older computers that simply can't
view this- suggest trying to view from another computer.

To view the video, simply select the one that you want to view from the list
below and it will automatically open in a separate window where you can adjust
the volume.

testing - but we hope you like the initial ideas.
